SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Once the order has been processed and submitted to the post office, the customer will receive a confirmation email that the item has been shipped. Once the items are shipped, FASHION YOUTIQUE is not responsible for any lost items. Shipping time will vary depending on destination, it could be between 5-10 working days once the order has been submitted to the post office. Order placed late on a Friday or during a weekend/holiday will be shipped out the next working day.
If an order is not delivered or if it is returned to us, due to an error with the name or address, the buyer is responsible for any fee that might occur. If the customer want us to resend the package that has been returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost. Contact us within 24 hour for any correction.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
The liability for packages that are marked delivered is between the customer and the delivery service provider.
NOTICE
We will make our best effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to issues including invalid addresses and custom clearance problems, or Force Majeure such as COVID-19.
In any case the Customs in the destination country impose any kind of fee, the buyer is fully responsible for such fee. All our products are non-refundable.
